※The cost of using public ashes (skeleton) storage facilities for non-city deceased persons shall be calculated based on three times the base charge for the city's deceased persons.
※However, in any of the following cases, the charges will be based on the standard of the deceased who are citizens this city:
１.The deceased of this city shall be stored in the public cemetery or ashes (skeleton) storage facilities of the municipality, county (city) and the municipality.The dead people in municipalities and counties (cities) of the municipality directly under the Central Government shall pay the same fees and shall be reciprocated through the announcement of the government.
２.The applicant is a citizen of the city and has been registered in the city for more than one year. The deceased is his/her spouse or immediate blood relative.
３.Babies born in this city died before their household registration was established.
４.The grave relocation was due to the cemetery renewal or public works of this city, and the applicant did not receive the reward.
５.The ashes (skeletons) that have been buried in the city’s public or private cemeteries in this city for more than five years or have been buried in the city's land before the implementation of the graves management regulations, and there is no household registration record of the deceased can be traced by the household administrative agency.
６.The deceased is on the list of the member of low-income household of other counties/cities.
※The deceased who are not the citizens shall be charged with NT$ 5,000 for using the zone of diversified funerals. However, it will be free of charge for the deceased are on the list of the member of low-income households of other counties/cities, unclaimed corpses, or those who left no testament or heritage.
※When applying for the use of public ashes (skeleton) storage facilities, you can apply for a fee waiver in the following cases:
１.The deceased is on the list of the member of low-income household of this city.
２.The deceased is government employee of this city who died for public service.
３.The deceased citizen is over 100 years old at the time of death.
４.The ownerless grave that should be relocated according to law.
５.Unknown corpses, unclaimed corpses, or those who left no testament or heritage.
６.The renewal or damage of the original public ashes (skeleton) storage facilities in this city causes the discontinuity of use.
７.The grave relocation was due to the cemetery renewal or public works of this city, and the applicant did not receive the compensation or relief.
８.Deaths due to natural disasters, incidents, force majeure or special reasons, or the lives of family members in difficulties, which has been attested by project of the government.
※When applying for using public ashes (skeleton) storage facilities, you can apply for 50% off in fees in the following cases:
１.At the time of death, the resident has been continuously registered for more than one year at where the public ashes (skeleton) storage facilities.
２.The deceased is on the list of the member of the middle-low-income households of this city.
３.The grave relocation was due to the renewal of the cemetery or the implementation of public works of this city, and the applicant did not receive the reward.
※The applicants meeting two conditions from the above two regulations shall choose one of them to apply for.
※The scope of the first item of section 2 shall be reported by the management administration to the Government for approval, based on the status of the impact of facility, and then announced by the management administration.
※The spots for users with fee waiver are designated by the management administration. But the users with fee waiver can use other spots by making up the differences.
